So Cal can stabilize your site temporarily during development or apply permanent hyrdroseed mixes for slope stabilization & landscape. We also offer cost effective soil stabilization solutions for PM10 dust control.

Stabilized Construction Entrances w/ Shaker Plates

So Cal can install your stabilized TC-1 compliant Construction entrance with filter fabric, construction rock and shaker plates. We also offer the installation of “rubber rock stoppers” to prevent rock from escaping the site and causing pedestrian or traffic hazards.

Concrete, Stucco & Paint Washouts

So Cal supplies the installation, removal and recycling of concrete, stucco and paint washouts. With sizes varying from 2 to 7 cubic yards our washout can be installed in small or large jobs and can be quickly relocated. Paint washouts vary in size as well from 55 to 250 gallons.

So Cal can research, develop and file the SWPPP book for your next project. In addition, we can help you navigate the California State Water Resources Control Board SMARTS web site by creating your Legally Responsible Person (LRP) account, upload your Notice of Intent (NOI) for new projects, complete annual reports prior to the September 1st deadline, track and report storm water sampling data and ultimately filing your Notice of Termination (NOT) at the completion of your project.

SWPPPs CONSULTING

So Cal provides consulting services for our clients whereby we can help bridge the gap between the approved project plans and current field conditions. We can help develop interim controls to keep your site in compliance year round or prepare for those looming rain events that require site preparation to prevent illegal discharge.

SWPPPs Training

So Cal offers in person or webinar training for your staff and or contractors that will satisfy the annual requirement for SWPPPs training. These classes range in time from 2 to 3 hours and inform the site personnel of current storm water regulations, potential fines and what to look for on a daily basis.

SWPPP Inspections by Qualified SWPPP Practitioners (QSP)

So Cal has a large staff of certified QSPs that are ready to help keep your site in compliance with the California Construction General Permit (CGP). We provide weekly, quarterly and rain event inspections as part of our full package QSP services.
